What is linguistic staffing?
Linguistic staffing places qualified linguists, interpreters, and bilingual subject-matter experts directly into your organization, on site or remote, for as long as you need them. Unlike a general staffing agency, every candidate is vetted for language skill and domain expertise before you meet them.
How do you verify a linguist’s expertise in a niche field such as oncology?
Our vetting follows ISO 17100 personnel requirements. For specialist roles we verify education, including advanced degrees in the field, confirm at least five years of domain-specific experience, check references, and require a rigorous technical translation or interpreting test in that subject.
Can you staff up quickly for a global product launch?
Yes. Our global talent network and ISO 9001 workflows let us scale from zero to more than 50 specialists within weeks, with the same standardized onboarding for every person.
How do you protect our confidential information?
Placed staff sign confidentiality agreements, are trained on secure handling of intellectual property and personal data, and follow your own security protocols and systems. For classified programs, we provide Secret and Top Secret cleared linguists, and for other government work, staff complete any agency screening the role requires.
Which roles do you staff?
Our focus is roles where errors are costly: medical and clinical interpreters, life science and regulatory linguists, bilingual analysts and cultural advisors, Top Secret cleared linguists, ASL and CART specialists, technical interpreters and writers, and localization project managers.
Do you offer bilingual staffing for customer service or help desks?
We can support bilingual service teams, but our specialty is technical, legal, medical, and government roles where the cost of a language error is high.
What engagement models do you offer?
Contract placements for a defined term, managed teams that we recruit and run for you, project specialists for a specific deliverable, and on-demand experts you call on as needs arise. Every model uses the same vetting process.
Can placed staff work on site?
Yes. Specialists can work at your offices, clinical sites, plants, or field locations, or remotely. Tell us about site access, travel, and any security screening at the start so we can plan them into the timeline.
What does ISO 17100 mean for staffing?
ISO 17100 is the international standard for translation services. Among other things, it sets requirements for the qualifications, experience, and competence of the linguists who do the work. We apply those personnel requirements to every linguist we place.
Tell us what’s at stake. We’ll show you how we’d handle it.
