Thank you all for being here today.
Instructor note: Use this formal opening with the board. Save the shorter version for your team.

Why live instruction
Apps teach words. We teach competency.
A vocabulary app is fine for a vacation. It will not prepare a manager to negotiate, present, or lead in another language. Live instruction will.
A language app
- The same words for every learner
- No one to correct your tone or register
- No cultural context
- No reporting to HR
Live instruction with Translation Excellence
- Lessons built from your contracts, decks, and manuals
- Real-time feedback from a subject-matter instructor
- Cultural context for the room you will be in
- Monthly progress reports for HR and learning leaders

How do you measure the ROI of language training?
We track each learner’s time to fluency against the business results the training is meant to deliver, such as leading meetings in the language, relying less on third-party interpreters, and keeping international assignments on track. HR and learning leaders receive monthly reports on progress, engagement, and milestones.
Is this just another language app?
No. Apps teach words. We teach competency. Our instructors are live subject-matter experts who give real-time feedback and the cultural context that software cannot, using lessons built from your own materials.
Can you integrate with our learning management system (LMS)?
Yes. We provide progress data and SCORM-compliant resources that can be integrated into your LMS and wider training architecture.
Which languages do you teach?
We teach more than 40 languages, including regional dialects that matter for energy and infrastructure projects in emerging markets. Tell us the language and the region, and we will match an instructor who knows both.
Is training online or in person?
Both. Sessions run through secure digital platforms or on site at your headquarters, one-on-one or in small groups, on a schedule that fits around your learners’ work.
How do you decide where each learner starts?
Every program starts with a diagnostic assessment of the learner’s current level and the specific goal behind the training, such as chairing a board meeting in Tokyo. We use it to set the curriculum, the schedule, and the milestones you will see in the monthly reports.
What is the CEFR?
The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is an international scale that describes language ability in six levels, from A1 for beginners to C2 for mastery. It gives HR and learners a shared way to set targets, such as B2 for confident professional discussions or C1 for leading and presenting.
Do you train the families of relocating employees?
Yes. Global mobility programs can include family members, covering the everyday language and culture they need for housing, schools, healthcare, and daily life, so the whole family settles in from Day 1.
Can lessons use our own company materials?
Yes, and we recommend it. We build the syllabus from your presentations, contracts, manuals, and industry terminology, so learners practice the language they will actually use. Your materials are used only for your program.
How long does it take to reach a target level?
It depends on the learner’s starting level, the language, the target, and how often sessions take place. After the diagnostic assessment we give you a realistic timeline, and the monthly reports show whether each learner is on track.
Tell us what’s at stake. We’ll show you how we’d handle it.
Send your files or describe your event. A language specialist replies with a fixed quote and a delivery date, with no obligation.
